I didn’t make my health or fitness a priority for a long time, but what I did make was excuses. I’m a full time employee and a full time plus over time mom and wife so I made excuses of not having time, being too tired and just pure lack of motivation. I finally woke up and realized those excuses weren’t helping me be the best at my job or be the best mom and wife I could be so 6 months ago I made MY health a priority and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I didn’t think I could do it, I didn’t think I could make nutrition a priority, I didn’t think I could workout everyday but I could and I did! It’s all about mindset, I had a great conversation with @macromindedlife yesterday about how big of a part mindset plays into the entire process!
